[edit... I'm getting confused. Actually the Japanese system has only 2 tiers: lower and upper. Lower = first 3 years, higher = last 3 years. It's the Taiwanese that have lower, middle and higher... anyway, Tezuka can't be 3rd year in his lower secondary school.... can he???? O_o"]

Can anyone give me a run-down of Tezuka Kunimitsu's family background? I found the names of his parents and grandad, but is there any more info... like their relationship, are they a happy family, that sort of thing?

I googled just now, and found something quite weird - some people say Tezuka's 14/15! ^^" That can't be, right? How is it possible?

My theory: Japanese secondary schools are divided into lower, middle and higher... Echizen's a freshman in the lower, that's why he's 12. Tezuka's a 3rd year, but doesn't it make more sense he's in 3rd year of the mid-secondary or higher-secondary? Just because he's in "3rd year", it doesn't mean you add 2 to Echizen's age to get Tezuka's age... O_o"

But then again, I only watched the anime. Feel free to tell me I'm wrong -_-"
