Delivery fail again

Trying to track a parcel I sent yesterday. The automatic message after I entered the consignment number was along the lines of "sorry we can't find the status of this tracking number, please wait while we transfer your call" and then the hanging up tone.
I hope it's only because I'm calling after 6pm...
[edit] Emailed them. Although their site says email sent after 4:30 will be replied to the next morning, I got an almost immediate response saying it was sent out under a different consignment number and signed by the recipient of [name], also gave me the time of delivery and apologised for the confusion. Phew.
Now, if only Home Delivery Network could do this...
