Coworker (aka Falcon) decided that my new name, which apparently reflects my evil, is DAVE.

How that is supposed to be evil, I do not know, but whatever.

My new name is miles better than his new name, EDWARD.

Of course. Has been for years. Not sure Dave of TLR fame is a member, though he may be an undercover agent. They're mostly British, geeky, insane, and possessed of suspicious beards. They can communicate telepathically with each other over great distances. Their intent is not known but is probably sinister.
