(There are characters I really liked, and characters I'd like to find out more about. Unfortunately the way the game is structured means that to find out more stuff a hideous amount of work is required and I didn't know until quite late when I played it last time anyway. orz Urgh. Maybe I should just read a walkthrough on gamesfaq and pretend that I replayed it.)

I liked parts of the game, but didn't love the system very much. I'm a bit of a completionist but even so, I couldn't bring myself to do everything in order to get every bit of the story. Which is a shame because I'd have loved to learn more about Eugene and Edward.

The massive collection of random party members doesn't help. >>

Hmmmm... I dunno, really. Some people loved it but lots of other people also found it had too many faults. I suppose since you've already got it, it's worth trying! Have you ever played Star Ocean: The Last Hope? If you liked that, you'll probably like this one.

I guess you're right. All it's being doing is collecting dust. I picked it up on the same day I bought The Last Remnant. Difference is, I finished TLR :(
Star Ocean... I could never finish it! It drives me crazy, being unable to finish a game. I did enjoy it though :)

I couldn't ever finish Star Ocean. But from how far I got, I did like it. :)
