Directing a written story

So I ended up buying both the Burda pattern (the one that's really for women) and the McCall pattern (the one that's star & stripes - read on the internet that lots of people actually use that for a decent tailcoat!) but not the Butterick (double-breasted) because Liz pointed out that that sort of design is actually for going to do things outdoors rather than formal occasions. The Burda one I'll just make something for myself with. XD
I also, very randomly, like this frock coat. I don't know why, but it reminds me of Firefly!Mal's coat. O_o Don't look alike, but still... somehow... O_o?
Writing more of ch.7 of [In Plain Sight]. I'll keep posting it, but after this story finishes I'm going to have a think about whether I'm going to post other stories unless it's one I'm completely ectastic about. If it's one I'm happy about, it doesn't really matter what sort of response it gets. If it's one I'm kinda okay about, by posting it I think I start to expect something, like someone telling me it's actually better than I think it is. And let's face it, my current writing doesn't excite very many people at all. *pokes at
word_games* Recently I feel very 力不從心 when trying to put my ideas into words. Things play in my head like a movie and I feel like I'm trying to write a book adaptation of it. Usually it's okay, but lately those "movies" are getting more... silent. It's depending really heavily on camera angles and cinematography to communicate things, and I find that so hard to put into words, if you see what I mean.
Heh, I say that, but bet I'll change my mind again soon. XD
