So, someone with a Chinese IP address went into my Gmail account and sent a few spam mails. It doesn't seem like anything else had been done, but that account is linked to various other things that include money payments, so I think I'll go and change lots of other passwords at various place. Sigh. If anybody's got spam from me, sorry.

I've entered the "I don't know if I really want to do this" phase regarding meeting various people when I'm in HK. Luckily I have my thick skin to fall back on.

(And now I can't stop listening to "Chameleon Halo". WTH.)

The spammer tried to send about 5 (as far as I can see) emails, most of which bounced back because the addresses don't exist. Maybe it's a bot that randomly generated addresses? But anyway, because they bounced back I noticed it. Then I saw the original messages in the sent mail folder, and went to check the login history. Someone from China logged in via SMTP at around 2am. >>

I'm flying tomorrow evening! Staying for just under two weeks.

Hopefully. @_@ I hope it didn't take info from my contact list and then start spamming my friends! orz

There's one day of wedding, and apparently two days of Macau and two days of Puyan. I'm also trying to arrange to meet one or two friends, but in HK it's quite typical to work half days on Saturdays too, what's left of their week they like to spend with their other halves, so it's really hard to get people together. =/ Currently I'm trying to slot myself into people's lunch hours. =_=
