(even more) Infinite Undiscovery

pezJust smashed the Ashen Chain. This game needs many more save points. They even make you run through entire dungeons and then into a boss fight without a save point in sight.
The game got a LOT more interesting. There are still major problems of a billion characters, most of whom serve no purpose, and a terrible Connect system, but quite a bit of background of the characters is emerging (although for Dominica, I just go "yeah, whatever.") Why do they leave these things so far back in the game? I'm guessing I'm 75% through with the game now.
But I still don't know why Eugene left Michelle behind in the past. DDDDD: I might have missed that part. And I blame that stupid Connect system.
I also don't know why Edward made that face when they went back to Kolton and he told them to see the king. What have I missed???
After Major Event in Sapran, the way Capell changed is amusing and absolutely brilliant. All the support character's Title changed, Capell's battle voice changed, everything changed. Oh, so good. Suddenly the whole thing's become cool. I can even fanfic this.
....which reminds me, I have a fic to write. *goes*
