Dialogues with leaders in the game revealed the following:

Torgal used to say to Allan that showing emotions is for fools. But now Torgal would lose his temper over something as small as Blocter stealing food. Allan believes this is all very debasing. But after hanging around Rush's group for a while he started to think that emotions aren't so bad. And he's confused by these... feelings, which he never felt when he lived apart from the other races in the past. Anyway, Rush's group is cloyingly buddy-buddy, but Allan will hang around for a while longer.

Leucetius is all talk and no bite. Blocter and Emmy both whipped his ass. And then he tried to take on David. David said to Rush, "oh, Leucetius? Yes I've talked to him. He seemed a bit distraught. I humoured him a little and sent him on his way. Don't worry about it, everything's been taken care of." After that, Rush talked to Leucetius, who apparently was COMPLETELY UNNERVED BY DAVID. He felt completely intimidated. How can a mitra who wasn't born 20 years ago instill such fear in him? Anyway, Leucetius takes his words back, and now he admits that there must be something about Rush if he could control a group of such awesome people, especially the marquis. Duke of Ghor said, "I see that the marquis has taken quite a liking to you." No shit, Duke Ghor. And then he said, "you are an interesting young man.
