My dad had been planning to buy a flat/house here, but then the housing boom started x_x With the way things are going in my family though, it is likely he will buy a place soon... but it doesn't seem like it'll be anywhere near where I'll be working, but a place more convenient for my sister(s). ^^" Which means if I live at home, I'll have to go from London to Essex everyday. Time, cost and unreliably train service... so many concerns >_<
