pezGotta talk to the estate agent tomorrow to iron out a few things, but I foresee no problems whatsoever.
Put Tactics on the telly while busying around the flat tonight, just for some noise and because I hadn't watched it since it ended in... 2005? I forgot how awesome Sugino-sama is. XD
Just downloaded a NC17 Tactics doujinshi drawn by the original authors... >D Haruka/Kantaro is even more canon than SanaYuki.
