I need to restart my apache server. How do I do that on cPanel 11.x?

All the websites say is use this command: /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel restart

But where the heck do I put that command into? All cpanel is giving me is a bunch of icons to click, to set up mail accounts and go to file manager and whatnot.

All I want is to set up sanayuki.com. Why does it have to be so hard?

Do you have root access to your webserver? You need root access to use that commmand. Otherwise the company who's hosting your server will have to restart it for you.

Thanks.

I just found out that I don't. =/ Contacted customer support to get them to do it for me...

^^; At least it's done. Most web hosting companies won't give you that access unless you're a co-location customer.
