You just gotta tell him flat out "I'm not interested, please stop approaching me." Then if he keeps on, you'll have to press charges. Not fun, but if you aren't firm, he'll hound you, then stalk you, then murder you. OK, maybe not, but still, that's how these things start. *hugs* Be brave -- you can do it!
