oh, the poor apostrophe

I got an email from the Institute of Civil Engineers, a world-renowned institute that promotes the civil engineering industry, has strict standard for their members and all that l337 stuff. The email I got?
".......Speakers include: Jean Venables, ICE VP, Valerie Todd, President of WTS, Aaron Mounds, Director of Diversity Constructionskills, David Morris, Mayors Adviser on disability, Doug Oakervee, Crossrail, Anni Marjoram, Mayors Adviser on Women's issues."
................yeah.
(And how about using the semicolon instead of the comma?)
At work, I get messages such as "this weeks newletter" and "in a weeks time".
I'm going to curl up in a corner and weep for the apostrophe.
(I just read further. Oh, there are more grammar and punctuation violations. Whoever wrote this must be shot.)
But oh, Tash has posted InuiZuka, which makes the internet a much better place.
Lookin' Good for Jesus!
