I just read in the Chinese newspaper that in India, a 3 year old kid got placed in a bag and hung on a tree by his father, left to die because he has AIDS.

It was only in the last few days. It went on the newspaper, the grandma read about it and went to fetch the kid. He's really underweight and has tuberculosis, though. :(
