Oh, I've never been to Super Comic City, so I've no idea. ^^" If it's the same as Comiket, then all you need to do is turn up and go inside, there's no ticketing or anything at all, and they sell the pamphlet outside the venue. But I really have no idea...

The "pamphlet" at Comiket was more like a phonebook/directory - it's huge. It's free entry so you don't need it, but if you don't have the directory and are trying to find specific circles, it's pretty hopeless. XD;
