This is the Musical The Prince of Tennis - Absolute King Rikkai feat. Rokkaku - Second Service report book released by Kizaki Ayano (Siegessaule) on 18 August 2007. It obviously contains spoilers to the musical, so proceed with caution.
It was too hard to separate what was her opinion and what was mine, so I didn't bother. Poke if you really need to know what she said and what I said.
I'm a bit lazy with my descriptions and had only made a report with bullet points before, which isn't worth linking to. BUT! You might find these (spoilers-ful) reports useful/interesting:

Kizaki introduces the report book, explaining that her main pairing is ZukaFuji and therefore you might see it in her report here.
The goods-sales tables have been rearranged, compared with previous myus.
It was really, really hot (srsly, Tokyo was easily 35C, cloudless so that the sun beamed right down at you, and no wind at all). The walk from Sendagaya station was 5-8 minutes. The sun was so bright it was reflecting off the ground back at you.
Just before the myu started, the sound of sneakers on tennis courts was played, and it made people all doki doki!

Introduction to the report book, with timeline. It starts with Ichinensei flailing, and then some singing and dancing which recaps on what happened in the previous myu (doubles), and then Seigaku came on. The dance had improved a lot, it was much faster than the old ones and Aiba was kira kira.
After Singles 3, Dabide (Rokkaku guest depends on which performance you saw) explained that Rikkai's buchou was in hospital and about to get treated. Yukimura was then wheeled past from right to left at the back of the stage, clutch a racket. It was probably supposed to be serious, but it was funny and people laughed. I laughed, too. XD;
In the background, Eiji gave Fuji shoulder massage.

After Singles 2, Akaya asked Sanada to punish him for losing the match. Kizaki said that Akaya had his back turned to the audience so she couldn't see his expression. I wished I could see, too...
Then there was the SanaYuki duet. Yukimura was on a raised stage the whole time. Yagami's singing has improved muchly!
Singles 1~~~ after that, there was a short funny bit that had Horio saying Sanada was still a middle-schooler, and then Sanada walked past him and he went fdhsjkhfaklfkhd DDDDX. Marui chased behind, holding the runners-up trophy, but Sanada ignored him, and Marui said "yeah yeah, give it back, right, we don't care about runners-up.". What Marui did after that depends on the performance. Once he looked at it and said that it was round and reminded him of Jackal('s head). Another time he went "Sanada, sorry!" (exactly the same way he apologised when Akaya got defeated by Echizen in the last myu) and stuffed it under his jersey and ran off. XD
The Seigaku cast then sang Top of the Stage for the Tennis. This was followed by the Higa vs Rokkaku scene, and then finally F.G.K.S.

Singles 3
Akaya got smacked by his team for sitting in Sanada's place and putting his feet on the bench! Later when Sanada went back to sit down, he smacked Akaya too. XDDDD Rikkai had their own way of sitting at their "stand". Jackal couldn't sit because Marui wanted to sit down and made Jackal stand. ^^"""" Niou had a way of half-lying-down at the top, and he played with his rat tail a lot.
And so it began. During the match there was a flashback scene of Inui and Renji as kids, which was played on a screen by some kids wearing wigs and megane. My personal complaint is that they could've got Masei and Kento to voice the kids, like they did in the first Rikkaimyu during the GP flashback... =/ Correction: just read on Masei's blog that he and Kento actually voiced that video! But I couldn't tell at all! (reading the replies, seems like nobody could tell)
Masei sang a solo that was possibly called "4 years 2 months 15 days". His singing wasn't consistent... in one performance he could be doing very well and then in another, not so well. *cough*

Later on, Renji also sang about the 4 years 2 months and 15 days. I didn't like the way they arranged the music - they'd been playing a beat in the background during the tennis play, and kept it going (but turned lower) during the song, but it totally didn't work. The beat was a different rhythm, for one. I thought it was a technical glitch but it wasn't.
In the background, Akaya tried to learn the techniques that were being played, and Niou was like, "nah, it's not like that."
Inui of course dropped his megane. He didn't face the audience at that point, though.

Singles 2
Kizaki = major Fuji fan, so here comes a lot of Aiba!Fuji fangirling.
Hey Genius = Akaya's song. There was a lot of hip rotation in the dance. According to the pamphlet, Genki actually also auditioned for other roles before, including Jiro, Horio etc, and OMG am I glad that he's Akaya. ♥
Kizaki talked about how Jackal and Akaya dealt with the not-really-there tennis ball. I thought it was pretty neat, too.
Rikkai sang. It was a reprised version of Bloodshot. D1, D2 and Akaya were all singing and dancing, and then at the bench, Sanada and Renji started removing their shoes. I was all WTF? and then I realised why - they then stood on the bench and joined in the singing. XD As if they weren't tall enough? They did some arms-only dancing and were like, BRUTHAS. XDDDD Um yeah, after they finished, they sat down and put their shoes back on. XDDDD
Kane-chan's arm-dancing > TakiEiji's arm-dancing, IMO. XDDD

ZukaFuji rain scene~ Tezuka appeared on a raised stage and they had the talk about where the real Fuji was, etc. It was followed by singing. And Aiba solo-ing.

More Aiba!Fuji fangirling... won't bother explaining, it's exactly what it was in the manga.
Flashback of Rikkai at the hospital. They wore their winter uniform, and everybody had their scarves on apart from Sanada. Yukimura was on thepedestal shrine raised stage. At one point he sat up to sing with them, and then he rolled off the bed (towards the back of the stage), and reappeared wearing the yellow tennis kit, looking very almighty. Though I thought it was kinda weird... at first I thought he actually fell off the bed by accident. *cough*
*wonders if Kanesaki's trousers were specially made so that they wouldn't rip when he had his legs wide apart*

Singles 2, after intermission
ZukaFuji scene - Tez played some tennis against a wall, then looked up as if he sensed something wrong in the air, and said, "Fuji..."
Fuji, at this point, of course had become blind. And then he started being able to feel for the ball.

Aiba dancing.

Akaya flashback of being a n00b at Rikkai and being defeated by the three monsters. Some serious yelling and frustration by Genki. ♥
Um, more Aiba fangirling.

Singles 1
The SanaYuki duet. The bits of lyrics I managed to catch was Yuki singing he was going to have the operation, for the sake of the future, and Sanada was going to have his match, for the future. It was the sort of song that said "I'm doing this for you and I have you in my heart and I no longer feel confused or lost, please wait for me,my dear husband."
Fuu rin ka san - possibly the funniest song in Tenimyu history. Sanada got on the raised stage, the screen behind him started playing some fire and wind effects, and the rest of Rikkai danced in front of him. Renji stood at the front at first, explaining what Fuu rin ka san meant, and then they all danced together. There was a lot of posing and hip rotation involved. Kento failed at hip rotation. XD It's not zen, you see, therefore Renji couldn't do it. XDDDDD [(c)

There are no words to explain the Fuu rin ka san song. You'll just have to wait for the DVD.

More flashback, this time of the Tez vs Ryoma match.
Kizaki said when Kanesaki put his hand in the pocket to pull out the non-existent ball, she thought it looked like he was taking out a rice-ball. XDDDDDDDD Oh, Kane-chan, you rice bucket.
It wasn't mentioned here but at one point Sanada laughed, like in the manga, and I thought that was pretty well done. 8D
Dori!Ryoma was all "mada mada mada!!!!" which was very Ryoma. ♥
Seigaku won, of course, Oishi cried and got laughed at by Eiji.

Higa vs Rokkaku
The casting was PERFECT. Chinen and Luke both did very well. Unfortunately they didn't get much stage time at all.
The Okinawa music was interesting. XD
Kite was so. very. gay.

And that's it! Hope you enjoyed! I do have another report book of the myu by another circle, and will probably get around to scanning it eventually...
