Granted, I've only read half of the above... 射鵰英雄傳, 神鵰俠侶, 笑傲江湖, and 書劍恩仇錄, so 'm pretty biased ;-)

The 尹志平/小龍女 scene - it's a major part of the story that caused a lot of misunderstanding etc and yet.... it's like, huh, rapefic?

I heard from my sister that when 金庸 went back to touch up on most of his stories recently (I mean in the past few years), the scene most readers asked to get deleted was that scene. But he insisted it has to stay there. =/

Hee, I thought I was the only one -- most of the girls I know are all 楊過 SO DREAMY ♥_♥, while I am just going OMG CAN'T YOU SEE THAT 郭靖 AND 黃蓉 ARE THE GOOD GUYS STOP BEING SO DISRESPECTFULLLL. Might have been a different story if I'd read 神鵰俠侶 before 射鵰英雄傳, but we'll never know now. XD; And it irks me so much that 郭襄 broke her heart over him and nevah found love again. So many other fish in the ocean. :/

(The rape scene didn't bother me that much, since I had little interest in 小龍女 and just skipped over most of her bits, though I do dislike the fact that 尹志平, who was a pretty cool character in 射鵰, suddenly became this lecherous old pervert unable to withstand the mojo of 龍兒 the pure and holy, ugh.)

Yeah... I think the 楊過 fangirling could be because of his TV incarnations. He got all these pretty guys be him. But for realz? He makes me want to beat him up and everybody should just give up on him. >EEEEE

(I suppose even the almighty can fall for a woman, but that wasn't really portrayed very well but guh, I suppose you don't write about that sort of stuff in wuxia. :()

rape scene in 神鵰俠侶> i hated it from a omg, poor 小龍女 perspective, but from a fic point of view i'm kinda glad he broke away from convention? considering the wuxia genre's take on female heroines is by and large vase-like. pretty, virginal (until one true love shows up), pure, innocent, decorative etc etc etc.
