Since when has Megane Rangers and Niou's Ice-Cream Van become Yukimura and His Megane Harem?

[edit] Actually spent time looking at private venue hire, mini-cinema hire etc. So far the prices are quite prohibitive (£50-75/hour is the cheapest atm). BUT I WILL PERSEVERE!
