Obviously you use the zone against him! Get him to activate it, throw the spork and it's drawn straight to him. Make sure to have a nude!Ryoma as a distraction so he doesn't block/catch the spork.

Yes, but if you have Ryoma anything is possible! Do you not remember the rainbow that renders all clothes useless from the movie? I'm sure that could help spork Tezuka. Somehow.
