How to make nice pancakes

185g all-purpose flour + 10g baking powder (or just use self-raising flour)
320ml milk
40g butter, melted
1 egg
pinch of salt
[serves 6-8]
Directions
1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a big bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until smooooooth.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the pan. Brown on both sides and serve hot. MWAHAHAHAHA
