炮台山循道衛理中學一名中三男生，涉嫌本年五月二十六日於校園三樓的男廁內，雞姦一名同齡男同學被捕，昨於東區裁判法院提堂，現年十六歲的被告被控一項未經同意下作出肛交罪，及一項非禮交替控罪，案件押後至十二月二十二日再訊，被告獲准以現金五百元保釋。辯方稱涉案其中一名男生現已轉校。
