pezRemember that thing about "verb + your + noun = porn sentence" (as long as the verb is a non-destructive word). Like, "water your flower" and "frost your cupcakes"? (my inner Yamato sniggers)

** I must ask, what does "tarundoru" really really translate to?
In other news, I feel kinda rotten. Might have to do with walking around in the rain on Sunday, then working till past 3am this morning on cosplay. I breathed in a lot of aerosol fumes, too.
Made the cape, with collar and all. Ran out of ribbons again, though, so must buy more at lunch time. Now thinking about how to mount the armor pieces. I could just glue them on, but if I think about the logistics of transporting the outfit to a cosplay event, it might be better if the armor is velcro-ed, so that I can fold the cape easily. The wings and back pieces will have to be removable as well, yet somehow be very secure when mounted. (Am still waiting for the feathers...)
Scarf has been made. Cheap cotton gloves are on their way (the leather ones I wore for Ed are too dirty now :/). Will leave the finger things, will only make if I have time left. Need to finish making the belts and put the accesories on them. Need to have a lot of gold cables, which is actually a challenge because painting cables is a pain but spray paint doesn't stick on the cables well. And I don't have a primer I can use =/ locally I can't find any cables that are already gold-coloured, though, so there's no choice but to paint them myself.
I've also ran out of Gem Tac glue. And super glue. Might ebay for more gem tac, and some putty.
Gave up on the clips on the coat. Might cut out some arrow shapes and just stick them on. Might not bother at all. Not enough time...
Those little black lines, just next to the red trim on the outfit... what are those? Should I just draw them on with a black pen?
