Tenses

When I write [Blinded], I use both present and past tense, depending on which part of the story I'm writing.

When I RP, I tend to use present tense.

And now when I try to write a fic in past tense, I keep using the wrong grammar O_O *dies* I feel so stupid. Maybe I should just change the whole damn thing to present tense, since I've only just started.

But apparently some people find it strange to read present tense writing? ^^"

Maybe, but I've found myself gravitating more and more towards writing in the present tense. It started as an experiment, but now I realize that I've written/am writing altogether three of my most recent stories in present tense, and at least one that's still only being planned is probably going to be in present tense as well. I don't know what it is that attracts me there -- the breathy feeling of here and now, I guess.

Hmm, it's not strange for me to read in the present tense - but it's certainly different to what I'm used to, I guess. And I rp in the past tense as well... >_> I guess the past comes more naturally to me than the present tense. ^_^

Tense is somethign I never notice until Im trying to write myself, lately for english Ive been trying to do present for a change and I find I just cant.

Really wierdmy grammer gets messed up and I drift into past automatically and in general its all stilted and crappy.
