I don't doubt him being a nice man, he was just incompetant both in pleasing China AND the HK people. Now I wonder who is going to take his place. His resignation doesn't necessarily mean a point scored for democracy...

bah, i dunno what to think, eitherway, since I have investment club meeting tonight, this news will be disucussed esp its effects on stock markets -__-

D: Either way, what you just said pretty much summarizes everything. Whoever's filling his spot isn't going to have an easy time.
