Ah, assumptions

My mortgage advisor sent me an email:

[...]details of your partner who will be living in the property with you which is a standard question that is always asked when an occupier who is not party to the mortgage will be living in the property. Therefore could you kindly provide me with the following:

- Full name of your partner
- Your relationship with them i.e. boyfriend/husband
- Whether they are financially dependant on you.
- Date of birth

So I wrote back to give him Storme's details.

I think I heard, across the internet connection, a double-take. *amused*

..........OH. Have I mentioned that I've found the flat I want to buy, and given that the mortgage goes through all right, I'll be moving in December? \:D/
