But I CANNOT access yuki-scorpio.livejournal.com/friends

What does this say about you guys, flist?

(I also cannot edit/manage friends, as anything that has livejournal.com/friends is filtered. But I can use http://www.livejournal.com/mobile/friends.bml...)
