How can it only be 4pm

I'm tired. Tired as in both physically tired and sleepy. And tired not just in my legs, but in my arms and everywhere and if I let myself, I can go *THUNK* on the keyboard and just sleep, right now.

Unfortunately, I am in the office, having just returned from a site visit.
