It seems like that in rugby, unlike football, they do not have the players' surnames on the back of the shirts and jerseys. Which is a real shame, because I'd go buy Ramiro Pez's jersey just for the PEZ at the back...

The rail network tried to help me not get to work by developing signal failures, but all that managed to do was make me arrive later than intended. Ah well, nice try anyway. The only consoling thing is that the day is extremely nice (abeit being OMG SO COLD). It's blue sky + sun in this part of the Chav County today, so nice that I'm reminded of being with shiroibara and her hubby at OKC, back in November (except, of course, it's OMG SO COLD here). The train passes by fields and woods so there's the added bonus of natural greenery which OKC lacked.

Poor Niou got dragged to the office because I didn't want to come alone. He's taking it very well though, struting around pantless (he's only wearing Tez's jumper) and grinning. Maybe he's enjoying this far too much...

I saw a picture of Scarborough in today's Metro. It's snow-covered there and the people are wearing heavy winter gear. Nope, no squee_fest_uk there for a while! XD (there are still spaces left for the March meet-up, come along, peoples!)

[edit] and then, in another attempt to make me not work (the world loves me, really! XD) the network is crashing. Meaning I can't access any file I need to work with. BUT internet and stuff on C:, not being part of the network, of course are still working. *is amused* This means I can surf all day?

Also, the Atobe photos that semishade has posted today is making me all XDDDDD!
