Don't be silly. If Hiyoshi is to die (I'm not saying he will), it won't be in the next chapter. That's far too predictable and you know I don't do predictable. Besides, with him dead so soon, what story am I left with? ("And so teh ebil shroom is killed by Yagyuu. Yukimura giggles happily and has threesomes with Sanada and Renji. Jackal remains stuck in Hiyoshi's place forever and ever whilst Marui sells Yagyuu apple-flavoured condoms to fuck Niou with. The end --- Sengoku? What Sengoku?") I still have a lot of story to cover, yo.

(oh and "Dan becomes the king of the world", of course)

Productive day. Wrote ~3000 words and played 6 hours of Onimusha 3.

(would've been better if I spent those 6 hours writing, but ah well, the PS2 was too hard to resist)

I reread [Red Sea] just now. It's a pretty good fic. *impressed* Ha.

It's rather funny listening to Joey Yung saying that she'd never thought there'd be a day she can sing in the same concert with Hacken Lee. She talked about how she once went to the TV station to watch a live charity show, as a kid, and seeing Hacken and having her picture taken with him back then. Now she's 24 and Hacken is still singing and doing it better than ever and they're singing on the same stage, she's singing his most famous songs and she has the most wonderful voice.

Hacken Lee always reminds me of primary school. It's one of the very few things I remember from primary school. My best friend back then was a massive Hacken fan, and before she emmigrated with her family, she gave me a tape of Hacken songs. The best classics. It was like how I'd shove Glay MP3s at people because I think their songs are just so gorgeous, but back then she gave me a tape. And I don't really know what I'm talking about. But there was this cassette tape, and I kept it long after I lost contact with her. When I think about it now, a 10-year old kid actually sitting down at the cassette player and recording songs, track by track for her friend... it's not like opening a new browser and letting it upload by itself, or opening an AIM folder, or even letting the DVD burner run and then putting the disc in the post. It's different.

Hmm. I'm getting sentimental.

Like Tez-plush says every now and then, with one arm raised: "SCREW YOU!!!"

Yes, I now get LJ emails. HotPop was being a pain, and Yahoo decided to put them in the Bulk folder, which is incredibly clever. *headdesk*

(for those who haven't met Tez-plush... yes he does that, sometimes. Drae and Tine witnessed it too.)
