I blame ruebert. I am actually listening to Twins. Yes I do own 64 of their songs, but I download any Cantonese albums I can find (and delete a lot of them), and Twins... some songs are good for karaoke. But I suppose it's because the way they were marketed when they first came out (schoolgirls for the old pervs) and Charlene just... well, pissed me off. Sheep and I had such a cool time watching "Twins Effect II" in HK (which incidentally had Twins in it, also some other crap such as Jackie Chan and his son), because Charlene was repeatedly smashed into a pillar in one part.

Anyway.

I'm listening to Twins. And thinking "this is actually okay music".

I still blame ruebert.

The Yukimura-Tezuka wibbleness is just so wibbly.

Wibbly!Tez (aka Feeder!Tez or VLP!Tez) is difficult to write. I am sure he's OOC already but I'm trying my best. I seem to write this Tez much slower and the words still come out very clumsy. Luckily there's shiroibara's Yukimura there to help me *adores the Yukimura-ness* Tezuka's problem in VLP, ultimately, is that he cares too much. But his intentions are often misread or brushed aside when he tries to act upon that care. He's too sensitive to everything, both physically and psychologically.

I've written my next tag on the train. ^^

One of the other aims of thie year is to get a new digital camera. IXY is going on eBay UK for just £165! =D But I guess I can get it even cheaper in HK? Must go do research. [edit] OH I KNOW! I CAN GET MY BROTHER TO BUY IT FOR ME!!! XD He owes me present XD

After this, it'll be no money-spending for quite a few months, which is okay because I'm in one of those "I don't feel like clothes or any sort of shopping" periods again and they tend to last a couple of months.

Annual report

Have been reading the news articles and atm listening to Chief Executive CH Tung's annual report.

He is right, in terms of all the failures in HK in the year 2004. But I think recognition of failures doesn't mean any improvement is in sight.

And how about first taking a look at the kids trapped in the system, locked up for very small crimes? If CH Tung continues to ignore them, they will be remain there indefinitely. They had already been there for years and years because of the hole in the system during the handover times. How would YOU feel if you're stuck like that, probably for life, just for shoplifting?

Somebody once said to me, to rule, one must use his heart more than his head. That is not to say the ruler will make rash decisions, but someone who rules with his heart will be aware of the real implications of every decision he makes. Someone who knows how to use his heart will know to use his head as well, but not necessarily vice versa.
