A friend of mine says she finds it weird to see Sean Bean as Ned, not in a bad way of course but because he was Boromir in LOTR, and I feel the same way. XD

There are some videos and photos on the other site I linked to... their Jamie is less feminine-looking than I envisioned (I always imagined he should look exactly like Cersei, just male XD) but nothing too jarring. I also imagined Jon to be better looking although there's no reason for that. XDDDDD;

It didn't really click with me when they say HBO they mean Tudors type budget, not say, dinky earthsea fares..... But looking at that trailer gdi I want it NOW!

I imagined Ned would be darker in tone, but Sean Bean is good too! (now to get him to play James Sunderland in a SH movie adapation is my dream lol)

It is mentioned in the books that Cersei liked it when he looked like her, so yeah I thought they'd be closer in looks than that...

I thought Ned would be more... haggard? Or thinner? Not saying that Winterfell lacked food but it's always cold there and he seemed to be the type to work himself to the knuckles...

I suppose it's hard to find twin actors or people who can both act and can be made to look really alike. Jamie's a strange character, I don't know if I like him or not. He seemed to think with his cock in the beginning, and I can't decide if he grew a spine later on or if Cersei just took it away from him whenever she's around...

Jonnnnn. ♥ I have to say I really liked Jon up until a certain event which to me broke his characterisation and then he lost his interestingness all together. =/

Yeah. I find him endearing in some ways, but I don't entirely like him. Not sure if that makes sense...

Ahhh probably a good thing you haven't read it yet, seeing how slowly the books are coming out. =/ I only started reading when A Feast for Crows came out and that was already ages ago.
