LJ accessibility

pezYo, those of us who have been having the "page cannot be found" problem (ie refresh 5million times before anything loads) with LJ, may not be able to access LJ at all now.
You are using Norton Internet Security, right? Yes, I've realised one thing.
*nods* yup. NIS is not allowing LJ through now, and I can't configure it to let it through. I have filed a support request, and another person already has as well, about this.
If you have the same problem, please somehow go to http://www.livejournal.com/support/submit.bml and submit a support request (yeah, you'll have to disable Norton to do that). If there are only one or two complaints they'll just say it's our problem. But if there are enough cries for help they can't ignore us.
