Hi. Sympathy please.
Oct. 26th, 2006 01:49 pmThis is why my sister should not stand over my shoulder and put pressure on me to do things right then and there. Mistakes happen.
Now I'm waiting for a £830 refund.
It's MY MONEY, you know.
Also, if she had bothered to check her post as she received them, instead of a month later, then she'd have known we missed council tax payments and were getting court summons. If she had done that, then I wouldn't have had to fork out over 600 quid all in one go for council tax (remaining of the year's worth ie until March/April) and then apply for refund for the extra I've paid, when I move out in November.
£600 of MY MONEY.
So sick of this.
I also need to start calling the utilities to say we're moving in a month, otherwise they'll charge us for another month for services we won't be using.
Why does it always have to be me?
