See, I can't mock, because I've done this myself (got our Tynemouth mixed up with an American coastline called Tynemouth, which actually is probably worse!), but...hell, I'm going to mock anyway. Hurrah for personal and governmental stupidity! XD

XD I'm sure we all do it every now and then! But (according to Birmingham News) this is the 2nd run of the leaflet, and I suppose the council people must've checked it and gave their nods before sending it to print!
