I need some help with this. Any idea of what disease I can use... something that will almost surely kill the person within 5-10 years, but doesn't bother the person much until a year or two before death or something? And not AIDS. Anyone any idea?

[edit: er, at least he can't be sick all the time and stuff... it's fine if it cripples him at the later stages...]

You could do some kind of cancer.....outlook is variable on stuff like that. You can live with it for a long time and have it take a turn for the worst whenever you want. God, that's perverse..... *smacks self* Leukemia. Lupus, maybe, an acute case.

i actually suddently thought of a very good one..but i forgot the disease name, it is the one which Naohito has in 高校教師2003,
some tumour in his brain, which doesn't really affect him till in the last year.....when the tumour grows and affect his nerves so he started limping and shaking and can't do his teacher job anymore
but it was at such a sensitive part of his brain that he couldn't remove it in operation~

I downloaded the airport one, but haven't watched it yet. All my friends raved about it though, saying how addictive it is, so I think I'll start after exams!

Had to do that Cambridge Latin course in Year 7&8... all I remember is Caecelius and his family, his dog and his slave... XD (and I'm not even sure how to spell his name!!!)

Haha, my cousins have it all recorded on tape - cos they go to boarding school here, but get their parents to record every episode for them. >_> I duno... the only one I ever got addicted to was one about food... and all I remember was that it was to do with the word 'fresh' and that it was made up of fish and lamb - hence the best dish would be fish mixed with lamb, lol. <-- only remembers useless info

I have it on tape too, and also have several other old soaps on tape... we kinda play them as background noise XD there are one or two that are really good, but lately I haven't watched any HK soaps either ^^ And I seem to prefer the ones with lots of plotting and violence <---- gone mad
