I read something today and wanted to leave a comment saying I think the chapter was rather weak... but I don't want to be lynched by other people, it's more trouble than it's worth, so I keep my trap shut.

Felt the same way about something I read over the weekend. But unless the author is expressly asking for concrit, I wouldn't offer it anyway (and probably not then). Sometimes people just want to post & squee.

Bleach RP Bleach RP. *___* What did you have in mind for the premise? I like the idea of something AU, but still in keeping with the plot of the anime, if that makes sense? Something like them being stuck on Earth with the gate to Soul Society shut to them. Just because...well, if the premise of the anime (Soul Society, Death Gods, Hollows, etc etc) were removed, I think a lot of the characters would be quite different. Byakuya is a good example. And perhaps it wouldn't be quite like Bleach anymore, if that makes sense? :3

That's what I'm thinking, but am kinda brain dead right now...

Ditto to what Cat said. I was just discussing this with her on MSN, and I think the premise of the guys being stuck in Ichigo's world is a great one, as it keeps it Bleach (the whole Soul Society thing still exists, and that way we're not taking anything away from the characters' backstory, or history) and it has the potential for the crack, as they get used to new world, and also for angst, if the hollows/any other enemy is still roaming around.

I'd be really excited about something that, to be honest, as it gives us the best of both worlds, angst, crack, and still remaining vaguely faithful to canon whilst still being able to have fun.

Also, I kinda really wanna play Rukia. *bounces*

But if you did, I would reconsider. ^^

Same thing happened to me.... I read something and have yet to comment because it wasn't as good as chapters prior. But, why would people lynch you?

She has a scary mob of fans, apparently.

haha. sorry. that's rough. I wish people would give more crit. In general. I think it's helpful.

Sad for her, that her readers are keeping her from decent concrit.

There are already some absolutely AWESOME Bleach RPs out there. *totally pimps the two I am in and the one that I watch, that have eaten my life, and have wonderful gorgeous AWESOME writers*

Stand in Heaven (http://community.livejournal.com/standinheaven/1941.html) is set after chapter 180 of the manga, and is a new game, with a lot of openings in the cast, and a GREAT cast right now. It's LJ comment-based, but uses threads and turn order and is just generally AWESOME.

Deathonly (http://community.livejournal.com/deathonly/1383.html) is only the coolest game ever. Been around a little over a year and going very, very strong. Same style game as Stand in Heaven. A pretty full cast and an awesome, awesome AU premise that splits off right after about chapter 50 of the manga. The archives are a tad intimidating, but, it's so fricking cool. And has absolutely awesome writers. The premise made me fall in love with it and write a 4500-word writing sample. It's that good. *just couldn't stop writing*

Mercy Street (http://community.livejournal.com/mercystreetnote/profile), an AIM log-based game. More awesome writers. <3 it's based on the premise of the Vizoreds, Hollows, shinigami and Arrancar being rival gangs fighting over their turf. XD
