Ahhhh why can't I find a decent pair of men's/boys' white formal trousers anywhereeeee.

[edit] White leather trousers. XDDDD I think I find the fact that the shop's called Lust Fashion more amusing than the whit leather trousers themselves.

[edit] General weekend update: it was good. And I just realised that I'm going to spend every weekend of this month in London because next one is my dad's birthday, the one after that is the circus, then the one after that is London Expo. Urgh, all that travelling.

Oh, I don't think the generals would mind. After all, Emmy fights in a very short skirt and doesn't even wear tights underneath the way her mum does, and Torgal's actually only barely dressed!

And Blocter wears *even* less than either of them.

Pagus is essentially the only authority figure not dressed somewhat provocatively. And maybe he *is* dressed provocatively, to other Qsitis. Hmm....

Not as provacative as the Albic Qsitis. Okay, the albics might be just a bit extreme... XD

If you turn up in leather trousers *and* those boots, people are going to assume TLR is so much more overtly kinky than it is. :P

The albics are just naked. Which might not be sexy to a Qsiti--maybe they're turned on by extra clothing instead?

I assume they're sexy to each other, or there wouldn't be any more Qsitis. Although we don't see any baby Qsiti around the place, come to think of it...

There only ever seem to be mitra children. There are two possibilities:

- children from the other races don't hang about on the streets
- children from the other races are born adult-sized, so we couldn't tell that they aren't really adults. >> (wow, imagine giving birth to a full-sized yama!)

Man, I hope it's the former. Unless they're not *born* in the same way--reptiles and fish both hatch from eggs, after all.

Well, I suppose it would be strange to see qsitis and yamas as mammals. But at the same time... it's also a bit odd to see them as reptiles and fish... >_> especially with qsitis, who look like bunnies sometimes!

Yeah, that was just an idle thought, really--I hadn't thought about it a lot before I said it. But I could totally see qsitis as being egg-layers, somehow, despite the bunnylike features. Yama, maybe not so much--they're so *big* it would be hard to imagine how that would work.

Perhaps yamas are also hatched from eggs, maybe ostrich egg sized? But they grow really fast. o.o

As for qsitis... *tries not to think of tadpoles* XDDDD

You know, we do see *one* young yama--the one Baulson gets Rush to help rescue. But he's still huge. I'm starting to think we may be onto something here. :D

Aw, tiny larval qsitis. That *would* be quite cute, really. And would explain why Melphina has so many qsitis--all that water!

Oh yes! The yama boy, with all those qsitis trying to bully him! XD That was funny.

Instead of cradles, baby qsitis get water tanks? I hope they won't be like frogs and have lots and lots of children all at once...

Yeah--he must have been kind of a wimp, though, to have let them even take him as far into the caves as they did. He was twice their size, easily!

Oh, wow, big hatching groups of Qsiti. You'd think there'd be even more of them around if that were the case, though. Unless there's some disturbing predation going on that thins out the numbers somehow, or unless they only spawn (ugh, but I can't think of a less disturbing word) very rarely.

Maybe he is really really young! He has a little hat and all that, awww.

It'd be scary to see. Maybe they have low libidos and don't reproduce often, or it's just one at a time like regular people... otherwise I can imagine Pagus being told to never have children otherwise he'll go on paternity leave for /years/ because of the sheer amount of children to take care of. XD
