I don't know how they manage to make it like that. Surely soy milk is made using the same method everywhere - blitz the hell out of the beans and then boil the heck out of it, either in a filtering bag or filter it afterwards. I can make it smooth even at home. orz

Yes yes yes! I don't know time/place exactly but we'll probably try to kick Crystal out of bed early-ish so that we can get down to London before lunch and have a good-length day. (Prolly we will try to get a train around 10am or a little earlier, to arrive in LS by 11 and central London by 11:30. This is just off the top of my muzzy, migraine-ful head, so subject to change... XD) Leicester Square would be traditional, wouldn't it. Or if you can think of somewhere nice and obvious to all meet up?
