I have a million and five (soon to be a million and six) things to do, actually. So getting home early from work would be an excellent thing, as long as I stay off Sims 2 for the afternoon.

Silly, brave thinking or completely WTF, I do like his vision and forward thinking. This is the bold attitude that we sorely lack in this country which is needed to move anything forward.

As far as I'm concerned, having to go over to East London to fly would be a pain (Heathrow being 15mins out the M4 for me) but since I'm also anti Heathrow expansion /shrug/

On the whole, I rather like Boris. He actually makes sensible suggestions. I hadn't realised politicians were allowed to do that.

Personally I see airport expansions being as inevitable as porn being shared on the net. =/ But it's hard to get the balance between spending enough thought on the expansions to make sure it's worth while, and not spending so long to actually get started that by the time they get round to build it, the need is already desperate and maybe they should've thought of building it somewhere else in the beginning - which seems to be the case here a lot of the time.

Boris is a lot less mad and a lot more clearheaded than most people seem to think!

/laugh/ That's a comparison I would never have thought to make.

XDDDD I was trying to come up with a very inevitable thing and remembered BBC Breakfast talking about the Internet this morning and talking to Liz about how the Internet is for porn...

The Heathrow idea is good but it's a bit annoying that they just spent all that money on terminal 5, haha!

Heh, if they decide to give it a go, it'll take a long time for the official processes to go through, and then all the time to build, and then time to phase out Heathrow - probably by then T5 will be all old and run down!

they can woohoo pretty much anywhere you can place a hot tub. that is most convenient.
