I suppose the best way to celebrate this is to post the first chapter of Megane Rangers.

(Well, not really, because I only found out the anniversary thing after posting, but hey, that's not important.)

They have to get up early to paint the ice cream van. Niou says this is important.

Yagyuu’s honest opinion is that the ice cream van could mysteriously catch fire in the night and the world would be a much happier place, but he suspects that if he actually took action towards this then Niou and Yukimura would be fighting to kill him. Yamato might help.

Anyway, he doesn’t see why he should lose sleep because of Niou’s stranger obsessions.

He does anyway. Niou says the fate of his italian leather sofa and his sex life both depend on it.

“So what are we doing today?” Yagyuu asks, in tones of resignation.

“The same thing we do every Sunday, Yagyuu,” Niou tells him cheerfully. “We’re going to sell ice-cream.”

Yagyuu checks his list. “The van has been banned from another three parks,” he points out. He’s amazed Niou hasn’t got any personal restraining orders yet, but still. “That makes thirty.”

“Might have to try a new area.”

Or a new tactic, possibly, Yagyuu thinks to himself. But giving Niou ideas is something which should never, ever be done. He has far too many of his own already.

One day, Niou wants to own a bus as well as an ice cream van. Yagyuu likes this idea, because the bus wouldn’t be a dimensional portal. It would, as Niou points out, have to actually drive places.

He could, he says - a happy, distant expression on his face - put random numbers on the front of the bus, and drive past people at bus stops very fast, seeing how many of them he could get to chase after him.

Yagyuu really, really wonders why Niou hasn’t been arrested yet. But he doesn’t complain. The bus wouldn’t need sparkles.

btw! My sister asked about buying the RikkaiMyu DVD. It'll end up costing about the same (or more) compared with buying online because the Yen is expensive against HK dollar atm. XDDDD So, I suppose we'll have to order on nippon-export.com. Do you want to order together or separately?

I GUESS-TIMATE that it'd cost about £10 for shipping if separate, and £6 each if together. But I'm not all that sure. I'll go home and weigh my HyouteiMyu DVD boxset and find out~
