Anyone thinking of getting me a present for whatever reason. Get me one of these. I don't mind which one of the 3 sets you get (perhaps the first one is the most versatile, but I LOVEEEEE okonomiyaki and takoyaki!), just get me one. It's expensive though, so team up with others to get it for me. But get it for me. Please.

I want a Takoyaki thingie too. For okonomiyaki I am using my electric Tepan Yaki, which works very good. I got it from Aldi and the price was something like 50 Euro.

I went to search on ebay and there is a takoyaki kit on sale, although I can't see the pics because work filtered it :/ I hope I can find it in Japan :D

Okonomiyaki can be made, like you said, with just an electric tepan or even on the frying pan *nod* but it's just... the set... it's so shiny XD and it has the proper utensils. I'm such a whore for shiny things ^^" I still remember the okonomiyaki you made last time I visited! Am hungry again T___T maybe I should get something to make okonomiyaki this weekend...

But you can make it yourself! Flour, eggs, cabbage etc. All you need is add mayo and that special brown sauce, which you can probably get!
