... one day, I'm gonna have to cave and spend some time getting used to 繁体字. If you I don't know enough of the vocab to guess from context, reading 繁体字 is so inconvenient, it's too much 什么什么 to understand without a dictionary. Wah my Chinese sucks so bad, I really need to get back there.
*grins* Keep the 中文 coming, ne? It's good exercise for me. (E.g. I didn't know 烂 was used in that context.)
Ah, but your Chinese has the colloquialisms I don't get from reading Chinese news. (Not that I do that enough.)
Sometimes it seems like a curse that there're both, but I like the simpleness of the simplified ones and the prettiness of the traditional characters. Just a little bit more work for the non-native speaker. XD

我E家用緊我老豆朋友個電腦塊手寫版,名叫"掌心雷"(型唔型,仲要每打一個字會有女聲國語發音!)
....好想快D可以卡通...

我屋企用近小蒙恬﹐無女聲發音﹐not so pro, 但係都幾好用。衰在天才我忘記左買一個返黎俾自己用...
哈哈﹐睇黎你有排追喇!

Anyway, the thing is, 手寫版 is good if I know how to write the word, but knowing me, I forget how to write the words all too often XD

其實我都寫慣書面語.....都多得D大陸BBS
...我都係鐘意帡音(頂!又成日打錯/白字,可能我d字太樣衰)
...寫字學中文,學國語.....太益智.(打我成15分鍾....)
