Happy birthday, [livejournal.com profile] ikusatami! Hope you have a really great day and the new year treats you well. :)

The Bible arrived. Actually, it's thicker than a bible.

HMV finally had the TLR Complete Guide in stock and it arrived today. I always knew it was 900+ pages thick, but still wondered why an A5-sized book needed such a big box... and then I pulled it out and realised what 900+ pages look like. Wow.

LIZ HAS GROWN AN EXTRA KNEECAP. WHAT SHOULD I DO, INTERNET? IS IT A DISEASE? WILL IT SPREAD? I DON'T WANT EXTRA KNEECAPS. D: SHOULD I CULL LIZ?

Swollen knees and stuff like that are NOT to be toyed.

I'm scared shitless of doctors and I'm telling her to go.

YAY PARCEL! :*

Honestly, I've got a history of injuries like this, and going to see a doctor has never produced any results. Even when the injury has been far more severe. Well, once I did get x-rays. But uhm. I had to be barely able to walk for six months before that came about.

That was a long time ago, plus, each NHS area has different approach to things. Might still be worth a try I think.

Yeah! Just because retarded Norfolk docs probably assumed x-rays had already been done since the parentals were vets, or something, doesn't mean the Essex ones will be complete muppets! Listen to Pez, Pez is wise.

You're still not convincing me.

How are you feeling today?

*laughs* the swelling is on top of the kneecap not within the joint; it restricts movement but there's no pain within the joint itself, just above it from the actual bruising. It'll go down.

Are you putting ice on it?

Have Madame Tezmobile be your servant for the day, she can make you tea and shit while you lie in bed and write. When are the interview people getting back to you?
