I just have this most incredible (read: cheesy) AU D1 idea and it's set in Victorian England (?) and has the rest of Rikkai too and Sanada gets to bitchslap people about!

Renji: Can I be the driver? *takes the reins and straps Yukimura in place*

Yukimura: WHY DO I HAVE TO BE THE HORSE?

Everyone else: *climbs inside the Yukimura-drawn carriage*

Actually I think the AU needs eventual Sanada/Yanagi though it would be a long time coming. >_> Or Sanada/Yukimura but Yukimura seems fairly straight. Yanagi disapproves of his taste in women.
