Oh and. Pez does not like standing up or sitting straight today. She has been prescribed with anti-inflammatory drugs, and 20mins of swimming three times a week, for the rest of her life. The latter part of the prescription is going to be a bit difficult.

I know people who swim regularly - usually early morning or at lunchtime - and once upon a time I used to go swimming on my way home from work. It's a good habit if you can find a way to fit it in.

There is a gym not far from work, although I'm not big on the idea of doing that at lunch time... will probably go and find out more, though.
