If someone did this to my cat, I'd get a knife and seriously hurt them. 5 years ban from keeping animals? They shouldn't be allowed near any animal for life.

Teenagers should not be allowed to own video phones. Things like this and "happy slapping" would totally happen a lot less.

Should have had more than 4 months. There's enough research out there now which shows that someone who treats animals that way will be equally callous with people.
