Woke up at 11am O_O
After hiding at home for 2 days and writing.... quite a lot of words (on the wrong comp to count them, probably 6000? A huge achievement for me), I have an urge to go out. tongari's and sesame_seed's fault) and buy some food at China Town. Sadness is me because nobody's in town to go have dim sum with me. Lina's busy, Vicky and everyone else are in Hong Kong.
Last night while writing, I realised I was reaching the point where I so badly want the story to finish that I was almost rushing through it. >_< Bad Pez.
Looking at the gaming systems again. The notebook looks so shiny because well, it's a notebook and I can game anywhere. But it's not like I really NEED to game anywhere, and it's a lot of money. Most of the notebooks are over 8lbs in weight anyway. That leaves the desktop. Right now I have 2. I have half a mind to migrate everything from the older one to the newer one, and then just chuck the older one or sell the parts. It's old and noisy and nothing inside is worth anything, apart from the harddrives (I think). And it belonged to my ex, anyway. Currently it's being used as the server, since at home I'm using a switch, not a router, so there needs to be a computer on at all times. Though, even if I have a router I don't think I'd switch my computer off anyway... it'd just be nice to get rid of the noisy machine.
Don't know why I'm blabbing about that.
Oh, is there a way to set Gmail to open a new tab when a link is clicked, instead of opening a new window? I could do it by clicking the wheel on the mouse easily, but it gets a bit bothersome when I'm on the laptop touchpad.
