(no subject)

I just put together all the chapters of [The City] so far and did a word count. It's around 43,000 now and will be probably be a bit over 50,000 by the time I finish, hopefully some time this month.

Meaning, if I were to write it for Nanowrimo, it'd be the work of ONE MONTH. And I'm spending 12 months on it.

..........I go hit my head on something now.

most normal people would expect to produce no more than 50k of a novel a year. Nanowrimo is insane. It's the crash diet of the writing world. ^_~

Randomly, someone should turn this story into a doujinshi. Seriously. I am aching to see this drawn. WHY can't I draw?!

You have a rather good fic output when you are writing, I think. Most other authors are much slower, at least those with a dayjob. So don't give yourself a hard time over it.
