I do feel stupid asking this...

...but could someone please enlighten me? "Briton" means a native British person? I just looked it up, is it right? And that means I am British, but not a Briton?

Feeling much better now after lunch.

Random Glay ballads zip file, 4 songs, 30MB:

Aitai Kimochi
Sotsugyo made, ato sukoshi (makes me wibble every time I listen to it)
Toki no Shizuku
Yuruginai Monotachi

I love these songs, hope others might too.

I haven't heard it used that way before - Briton to me refers primarily to a pre-Roman tribe, and these days I'd use it interchangeably with 'British'.

Hope that helps. :)

*wanders over here* :D

To throw my two cents in, I agree, it reminds me of that, or just that it's an older, more archaic term. I've never really heard anyone using that term nowadays. (Makes me think Monty Python and the Holy Grail "'Oo are the Britons?" "We are, we are all Britons, and I am your king.")

But, yes~ I wandered over here wondering if you had gotten your bromides yet. I did get an Eiji bromide, but I did also get a Tezuka one, so I didn't want to offer him to anyone else if you hadnt' gotten him. :3

XD I really don't know, sometimes I see the term Britons used in newspaper, but you know how they like to make puns and stuff in headlines so I never really understood.

My bromides are on their way, so said YesAsia. Really hoping to get them when I get home tonight. Will definitely let you know what I get, thanks so much!

*shrugs* Interesting, but you live there, and I'm an American, so you would know better than me! It's a spiffy term though, and it sounds all fancy, instead of saying "I'm British", you can be all "I'm a Briton~". ^_~

w00tle! Mine actually got here yesterday, but I never heard the mailman ring the bell, so I ran over there this morning. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you~

I got mine, finally! Wonder what happened with the post office, things keep getting here late T_T

I DIDN'T GET VAMPIRE-TEZ!!!! *WAILS* Do you still have yours, or have you swapped/sold him already? Would you like to swap him for any of the following: Sengoku, Shishido/Ohtori, Kamio/Shinji, Ooishi/Inui/Taka, Momo/Kaidou? Or maybe for some reason you'd like another ninja!Eiji bromide? *wants vampy!Tez so much!!!*

I do still have mine! I was holding it waiting to hear back from you! I'll take the Oishi/Inui/Taka bromide, because it's retarded! XD; Email me your address at eiji.loves.oishi @ gmail.com and I'll send it out sometime this week, okay?

*feels stupid* got your email~ the clever Pez has managed to download it onto her computer at home, brought the bromide to work and then realised now she can't get your address off gmail since she's downloaded the email -_-""" Sorry ^^"""" I'll make sure I send Ooishi-tachi out tomorrow! ^^

Er...I'd have said they both mean the same thing but Briton is the 'noun' where British is the adjective. Or something like that (haven't studied English grammar since I was 14!).

I am a Briton :: I am British :: I am a British [citizen]
I am a Welshman :: I am Welsh:: I am a Welsh [citizen]

'Briton' is pretty archaic though.

I sometimes see the word used on newspaper and it makes me go HUH O_o? But now it seems to be clearer, thanks =D
