Go read my support request about transfer of remaining "extra user pics" time. (because currently you can only transfer "paid time" using the webpage)~

[edit] Uh, I'm not sure if it's listed as a "private request" or not, so I'll put the details behind cut...


My support request:
I've recently bought a permanent account and have transferred the remaining paid time to another account. But I still have 10 months worth of "extra user pics" time left. Is there any way to transfer that time to another paid account so that it won't go to waste?

Their answer:
We do allow for the transfer of your extra userpic time remaining to one other user. Please reply back with the recipient and we will transfer this remaining time manually.

That's what I did with mine. I just wrote and asked them to transfer them to a specific user. They did it right away. ^_^

I think they're being a bit sneaky... they really should just tell people what to do instead of waiting for these requests~
